This was a significant opportunity for international visibility and dissemination of the initiatives that CNR-DIITET has been carrying out for years in the development of Urban Intelligence and Urban Digital Twin.
At the CNR stand, visitors were able to explore, together with experts, the different areas of application, the ongoing projects, and those currently in the design and development phase.
Special attention was given to the presentation of CISC (CNR Interdepartmental Centre for the Science of Cities), recently established with the goal of enhancing and integrating the broad scientific expertise within Italy’s main research institution. The Centre aims to coordinate and synergize these competences to provide the Public Administration with solid methodological support and practical tools for designing innovative strategies for the development and transformation of urban environments.
